Agile Coaching programs are scaled to your organization and are offered in three formats of varying length and depth:
- Analyze. A thoughtful uncovering of where your organization or teams are at, and the generation of impactful ways forward.
- Catalyze. The assessment provided by the Analyze program, and the addition of a direct coaching relationship with a team unit seeking to unleash a desired goal of moderate proportion.
- Realize. A flagship long term offering working over a period of 8 to 12 months to re-orient and refine a team unit desiring to deliver an organizational project of some complexity.

As a certified Project Management Professional™, I have access to the knowledge and skills to guide nimble, deep, and meaningful change within organizational business processes and the people who carry them out. Being designated at this level, I have a verified 4500+ hours of direct project management experience and have sat for a thorough examination of all the knowledge areas required by the Project Management Institute for this designation.
My area of interest is bringing Agile Project Management methodologies which have traditionally been reserved for use in the software and manufacturing sectors to human service and program driven organizations like non-profits, NGOs, small business, and change leaders.
Analyze
Assessment + ways forward

There is a project that's stalled, an offering that just isn't making it out to market, or a team of employees that are struggling to hit their stride. The Analyze program focuses directly on significant short term impacts, giving you a snapshot of where your team's knots are and a plan to untangle them for better productivity.

Catalyze
ASSESSMENT + process deployment + ongoing team coaching
You have an initiative that is important to your organization, and it's realization doesn't have a way forward that is totally clear. It may be a vision that is already underway or one that work hasn't yet begun on. It's successful execution is important to the collective you work in, and you're looking to invest in making it happen. You sense there is a better way to manage the uncertainty and complexity of the issues at hand, want to do it in a way that creates a peak performing team, yet the ways to do so seem elusive.
The Catalyze program provides your organization and the team(s) responsible for project planning and execution with direct, effective, real-world support in seeing vision expressed in the world. Working over a horizon of three to six months, we delve deep into the strategic meaning behind your initiative and then apply proven methodologies to ensure its successful deployment.

Realize
Assessment + Process Deployment + ongoing Team coaching
You have a strategic vision in which the direction can be felt, but the tangible outcomes seem fuzzy. You have a major project, possibly spanning multiple geographies with non-collocated teams, which requires a set of tightly coordinated and streamlined working processes to achieve your deliverables. The development of high functioning, highly productive teams is of paramount importance to you in this process. The challenges you're up against are complex, the end results possibly uncertain. Knowing this, you want to lead from your front foot and find an exhilarating way to have your teams deliver excellence.
The Realize program captures both the known and unknown, assesses where your organization is at and confidently charts the way forward knowing that all the pieces may not yet be in. Working over a horizon of eight months to a year or beyond, we work together to deploy the same proven project management methodologies which have created some of the most successful teams in the world.
